New client forms and liability waivers will be emailed or texted upon scheduling your first appointment. These MUST be filled out and submitted prior to the appointment.

All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations. Required vaccinations are:

• Rabies

• Bordetella

• Distemper/parvo

• Fecal exam - within the last year and must be negative

• Influenza

We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations. Clients who miss appointment without a 24-hour notice will be charged half the grooming cost (or for 1 hour of any hourly rate grooms).

We value all of our customers and groomers time! Please be on time for all scheduled appointments and grooming sessions. This helps us give undivided attention to your pet.

If you are 15 minutes late to an appointment, you may be asked to reschedule and will be charged half of the grooming cost. If we are able to keep the appointment, you will be charged a $25.00 rescheduling/late fee.

If your pet’s coat is matted for grooming, the groomer may have to shave the mats out rather than perform a painful de-matting procedure. If the pet’s coat is severely matted, there is an increased risk for flipper burns/cuts to occur. All attempts will be made to prevent shaving. However, in many extreme matting conditions, it is unavoidable.

Matted pets take additional time to groom and may require an additional groomer to be present. An additional pelting fee of $25.00 will be added to the regular grooming price.

If de-matting is agreed upon, the charge will be $1.00 per minute added to the grooming service.

The groomer has the right to refuse de-matting if the matting is too severe. We prioritize the safety of the pet overall.
